An agreed-upon procedures report corresponds to work where specific auditing and review procedures are agreed upon with the client for a determined purpose, with the issuance of a report on the results obtained, without providing an opinion, on certain items of the financial statements.
Among these types of agreed-upon procedures, the following can be performed:

Review of Financial Commitment Compliance
Due to the commitment that a company may assume with a financial entity when signing a loan contract or similar operation, the financial entity may require an auditor to verify annually or quarterly that the company meets these commitments.
At SENSUS AUDITORIA, we can support the company and certify the company’s compliance with the bank’s commitments, according to the contractual agreements between the parties.
